Blaze Imprints Launch Exclusively on Traxsource

Blaze Imprints, founded by Blaze’s Kevin Hedge and Josh Milan, picks up where they left off at West End.  Hedge, who was President/CEO of West End Records from 2001-2006, founded Blaze Imprints along with music/events/media destination 2mybeat.com in June of 2007 after the retirement of West End co-founder Mel Cheren.

The Blaze Imprints label launch unveils 9 new titles, all of which are exclusively available at Traxsource.com for the first month! There will be some hot productions in store, including classic Blaze albums, Blaze’s recent remixes of “Family,” “Listen” and “Force of Nature,” and the winning mixes from the Traxsource.com West End Remix Competition by Ethan White. Furthermore, customers will have the chance to purchase 2 mixes of Blaze Imprints’ first commercial release and a single from DJ Gomi featuring Louie Balo & Yasmeen entitled ‘Glad I Found You’.

Tortured Soul’s keyboardist Ethan White proved his production prowess with his winning re-mixes of Sparque’ “Let’s Go Dancing” in the latest Traxsource Remix Competition, which will be released along with a Dub, that is yet to be heard.

For the die-hard Blaze fans, all tracks from the albums “25 Years Later,” “#6 Hubert Street” and “Natural Blaze” will be release as part of an ongoing digi-series entitled “The Best of Blaze.”

And of course, the highlight of this launch is the digital release of Blaze’s most recent three mixes “Family,” “Listen,” and “Force of Nature,” which were released on vinyl earlier this summer and instantly accepted as “hits” by DJs and fans world-wide.
